I am the owner of VLS Consulting Inc., MegaJoy Professional Life Coaching and MegaJoy Productions. I am a Masters Level Counselor; a life coach, personally trained and certified by Martha Beck, PhD; an author; a speaker and an event planner to life coaches.  My coaching focuses on women in crisis and transition, and specializes in overcoming obstacles, accepting change, and achieving goals.  I have survived most issues my clients face and find deep purpose and joy in coaching others.  I provides one-on-one programs, seminars and workshops, and maintain offices in AZ and southern CA. I also publish a free monthly e-zine, Shift Happens! Navigating Through Life Changes.
