Group teleclasses can be a good starting point if you are new to coaching, or an adjunct to one-on-one coaching. A teleclass series can be anywhere from four to ten weeks. Joining a teleclass is a way to enjoy some of the rewards of coaching in a group environment. From the comfort of a home or office, participants call a posted conference call number and join in on topic discussions with women who are working on similar issues and striving to make similar changes. A safe, anonymous (first name only) virtual environment is created for you to learn from your own experiences as well as from others. So Stressed? Give it a REST! During this call, I’m going to discuss where your stress is really coming from (it’s not your job, your kids, the mortgage payment, OR your mother-in-law) and how you can make peace with what triggers you. Rather than reaching for external self-help to squash out all stress FOREVER, I am going to suggest ways that you can join up with your stress and reach for internal self-guidance. First, I’m going to ask you to identify your “Stress Type”: In this class I will discuss: Ø What Stress really is, and what triggers it Ø How to identify your Stress Type Ø What you can do to really REST on a daily basis Ø How you can drop the Stress Reduction “diets” FOREVER Ø When to turn your Stress into Fuel that will bring you JOY There is actually biological and cognitive-behavioral research to support why we all experience stress in different ways. Based on your type, I will illustrate how you can get off the stress reduction “diets” that keep backfiring and sending you into a tizzy and, instead, guide you to finding peace and taking control with the kind of REST that will work specifically for YOU!! And with a few REST exercises, you can actually begin to use your stress to propel you forward into a joyful, fulfilling life!
